Ian Kew in Voyager 03 followed by a prototype all-electric Vectrix maxiscoot. The American-designed, Polish-built Vectrix finally made it into production the following year (2007) but unfortunately the company went bust only three years later. However it was bought by the Chinese and was back in production, with improved batteries, by 2011. And then went bust again!
