2006: 7 working Quasars at Hastings!

September 2006, on the seafront at St.Leonard's, near Hastings. Still (in 2022) the largest collection of fully operational, road-legal Quasars ever gathered together in one place. Note that they are all Reliant-engined, from the original production machines built in Bristol at Wilson Brothers, or later, at Romarsh in Calne, 1976-1982. However, Mark Crowson's white Quasar is notable for its distinctive and much lighter Dymag wheels.
From left to right: Shawn, Govert, Simon, Mark, Richard, Blez, Mike. After this photo was taken we all rode to Brighton to meet up with all the bikers who'd ridden down from the Ace Cafe in the annual Bank Holiday 'Burn-up'. PNB
