A comparison of the offset Voyager hub and the dead central axle of the Difazio HCS units - Left is the Creasey HCS Mk1.5 with the cast alloy barrel and iron caliper mounts. Right is the difazio hub. Extra points if you identify the peice of scrap in the middle as the original welded/machined Mk1 hub This was updated to Mk1.5 to reduce weight and more importantly prevent serious pad knock off due to insufficient bearing location. Difazio Hub bearings are sweated in and do not have any bearing retainers as such, also oil filled through a removable bolt in between the spokes. I am still trying to source a pair of discs for this hub. Jack seemingly used old Series 1 E Type Jaguar discs as donor material and then let his machinist remove metal until they fitted. Unless anyone knows differently. Colin
