Boring old FF stuff
Here's some Monoliner shape that isn't secret - it's the inside suface of the nose section, about to be glassed up - 300gm stitched bi-ax for the techies. This isn't so much 'carved foam' as 'lost foam'. The foam that's left provides substantial crash protection but it's still heavier than air, so as much as possible has been carved out of the finished external surface - not visible here of course. The five circular features are the M8 'Big Head' bonded-in mounts, as used on all my bodywork.
I'm disapointed at how slowly this bodywork is going - four hours a day is as much as I can take in a pressure helmet. But I'm confident it'll be finished some time before Yamaha, or their tame customisers, get anywhere near the Cmax!
