This is the practical version of the new NM4 Vultus which comes with panniers as standard in Japan, in any colour you want as long as its white!
The panniers are also an add-on option in Europe, price yet to be announced.
This photo comes from the article by Mike Hanlon published in Gizmag about the Vultus on April 9th, 2014 which also uses the 2006 shot of 7 Quasars in Hastings, lifted from this very website, so I think it's entirely reasonable to reciprocate by lifting one of Gizmag's from the Tokyo show!
