Pete Lawrence (right) explains the workings of his superb creation to Jan Nelder, himself an FF builder. Jan bought the Delta 930 off Pete and owned it for several years before selling it on. The combined top-box-cum-panniers wrap closely around the rear wheel in a way that's reminiscent of the Quasar panniers; this keeps the overall width very narrow, much narrower than Honda's Pacific Coast 800 which does a similar thing in a bulkier way.
