This pic was taken in 2002 before the NMM burnt down and this immaculate Quasar was reduced to ashes and molten metal!
This is the only original Quasar ever to have been totally destroyed, and it wasn't even moving at the time! This machine was also featured at the start of the Top Gear BBV TV programme broadcast April 14th 1988, with presenter William Woollard sitting in it outside the museum PNB
