It got quite warm in the afternoon on the way to Riberac so I stopped and, being a bit fed up with repeated lemonades and coffees bought this bottle in a supermarket which I thought was a chilled thickshake. I leaned against the bike outside and drank it all down in one go, lovely. Mmm, except that constipated people can buy tiny little bottles of live yoghurt cultures like Yakoot, which are apparently effective, and I had just swigged down almost a litre of the stuff!
