4 FFs @ Goodwood

Four FF Land Speed Record machines on the artificial 'beach' created for the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The closest and furthest machines are the new and old contenders built by Richard 'Rocket Man' Brown. The big red and grey machine is the helicopter engined beast built by Alex MacFadzean for James Toseland to drive. Half-hidden behind it is the original Triumph Bonneville 'Texas Cigar' which went 214.7mph in 1956 in the hands of Johnny Allen.
(There's a much better picture of the Triumph streamliner on the Craig Vetter page, here: http://bikeweb.com/node/1797 ) PNB
