Outriggers
That's the problem with non-castoring outrigger wheels. On the rear wheel centre they don't provide enough stability, on the CG they scrub the tyre with the lightest loading and as this can change with camber, turning forces etc., it makes precise low-speed control difficult.
Solution? build your FF light enough not to need them (The 'simplicate and add lightness' approach) or make the outriggers castor (self-steer)
Poeple tried this 'diamond' layout on cars back in history. Didn't work there either. Physics rules!
