I only had a brief ride of the Slug, (many thanks to its owner, Tudor Thomas) but my abiding memory of the experience is how much easier it was to ride than I'd expected. (Turning around in a narrow road, on the other hand, with such a long wheelbase and limited lock, was a challenge!). I'm not certain that the year was 2007 – it might have been earlier. PNB
