FF heritage social club

It's good to see the FF Heritage Social Club thriving. You guys should set up the 'classic FF club' (not neccesarily the right name). It'll massivley increase the value of your ancient FF's and fit right in with the 'heritage motor vehicle industry' one of the few ndustrial sectors in this benighted country still functioning. Get one of them through the "Repair Shop" and you'll be mainstream at last!

Heritage Classic FFs!

Good idea! I'm pretty sure that the Pegram Genesis is the youngest of these machines, completed in 2007 and based on a 2002 Suzuki Burgman AN650. Not sure about the Culley Honda 'Cubly' 125, although that silver 'dustbin' fairing gives it a distinctly 1950s air. The rest of the above machines all date from the 1980s so are well over 30 years old...

VMCC eligable

Yes almost all twentieth contury FFs are eligable for the VMCC, with low-cost insurance and the opportunity to wind up all the people who gave you a hard time about 'not real motorcycle' FFs. I even got a pic of FJ into their mag once (letters comment;-"I don't know why Royce Creasey is a member of the VMCC".) Huge fun, and the editor is quite OK with FF's, being a youngish chap...

'Course, it goes against my mantra "Fuck the past, what about the future?" but what with the cheap insurance, winding up the tradionalists and not having a future anyway, I can live with it
