001 playing in Hamburg, on it's way to visit BMW motorcycles in Munchen. We all had a great time at the test track, my crash was the one that didn't hurt. I had a great lunch and they gave me a really good anorak. One of them told me BMW "Didn't want to be first"

Some years later they produced the C.1. I don't think there's any connection.
